The apartment with a size of 70 m2 has 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub. There is air conditioning on the corridor and the cool air refreshes the bedrooms and the living room. All bedrooms come with wardrobes.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a balcony with 4.5 m2 furnished with a table and seats. There is no elevator in the building. The living room with the adjoining dining area is a nice corner to read a book, watch television (only local channels) or just relax. The dining area comes with a wooden table and 6 chairs. The kitchen offers you everything you need for your holidays and you will find a microwave, oven, coffee machine, gas stove, cutlery, glasses, plates and a refrigerator-freezer there. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is basic but cozy and invites you to enjoy the beautiful beaches of northern Majorca. Pets are not allowed.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 200 meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down the street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

We had a great stay!!! VERY close to the beach and a nice pool area. Perfect size apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Host was also very friendly, no problems at all.
good flat in good location. respect to other place in mallorca, port d'alcudia is more quiet. the flat was clean and with all services you can need within 100 meters (groceries stores, tabacs, restaurants and so on). the beach is within 30 meters. this accomodation is reccomanded.

Very nice hotel, well equipped and quiet, but not far to the center of Cala Ratjada and the sandy beach of Cala Agulla and Cala Gat. Overall, everything is as described. We could complain about anything negative during our stay and this property will definitely recommend it.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, jedoch nicht weit bis ins Zentrum von Cala Ratjada sowie zum Sandstrand Cala Agulla und der Bucht Cala Gat. Insgesamt ist alles wie beschrieben. Wir konnten bei unserem Aufenthalt nichts negatives bemängeln und werden diese Unterkunft definitv weiterempfehlen.
Very great apartment! Great location right by the sea, with a beautiful and large terrace with sea views. Large rooms, well-equipped kitchen ... completely matched the description and our expectations!
Sehr tolles Appartment! Super Lage direkt am Meer, mit schöner und großer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Große Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche... entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen!

Very nice, well-kept house / garden. Ideal for families with children as the property is completely closed. There is a very large stone slabs space - ideal for playing. The house is situated in a cul de sac. Parking is moderately present. The neighbors friendly and quiet. The place is relaxed, very clean !!! and there are many Spanish citizens. A couple of very good restaurants, a grocery store with fresh fish / meat counter, hardware store, tobacco shop are available in town.
Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus/Garten. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da das Grundstück komplett geschlossen ist. Es gibt einen sehr grossen Steinplatten Platz - ideal zum Spielen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Parkplätze sind massig vorhanden. Die Nachbarn freundlich und ruhig. Der Ort ist entspannt, sehr sauber!!! und es gibt viele spanische Einwohner. Ein paar sehr gute Restaurants, ein Supermarkt mit Frisch-Fisch/Fleisch-Theke, Haushaltswarenladen, Tabakgeschäft sind im Ort vorhanden.
Very nice accommodation and property if you're looking pure relaxation. We loved it because it was exactly what we were looking for. But if you want every evening enjoy the nightlife, it is too far from it.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Anwesen wenn man die pure Entspannung sucht . Uns hat es super gefallen , weil es genau das war was Wir gesucht haben . Möchte man allerdings jeden Abend sich ins Nachtleben stürzen , liegt es zu weit ab davon .
