Beautiful house in a beautiful place of Prague, near to the museum and the center, everything was ok! A+
The appartment is just perfectly located !
Nothing to add regarding the position of the appartment. The size as well is very good, it is enough for 4persons. Despite the proximity with the road the windows are good enough to let you sleep correctly.
Nevertheless, regarding the drawbacks : there is only 1 ! But important !
The quality of the bed is not good and makes your night difficult. The cleaning has to be done much more efficiently also.....
WIFI was just not existing....
In the overall, I advise to take it if you are young and with friends! To just drop your bags and have a place for the night. In this case it is perfect.
The ratio price/quality is totally respected. It is not the cesear palace but for the price it stays honest.
Jan, please do something for the wifi :)
We arrived to a very laissez-faire host who informed us that the floor had been flooded by a broken pipe the day before and was still damp. However, when he left we discovered it was sopping wet, to the point where it would soak your socks if you stepped on it. There was also absolutely no wifi available as advertised online and in the flat.
Attempts to contact the host asking him to address these issues were in vain - he did not reply to any of our communications.
Eager to explore Prague, we went out, only to come back later to an absolutely foul smell in the flat, coming from the wet carpet, which hit us like a wall when we came in. When we woke up the next morning, the smell had attracted lots of flies. Basically, very uncomfortable and unhealthy conditions to be staying in.
We tried to contact him again - this time very annoyed at the situation we had to deal with - but again no response.
We had to waste hours of our next day trying to resolve the issue with Wimdu, who also tried to contact the host, to no avail.
In the end we were forced to stay another night in these conditions and did not receive any contact or apology from the host for the rest of our stay.
Yes, the ad says it's cheap, but nobody should have to stay in such conditions with such a 'f*ck you' attitude from the host. Luckily, we got a partial refund from Wimdu, but the whole experience ruined our stay in Prague.
Jan is super nice. The location of the apartment is also very good to explore the city, also a metro station nearby.
The apartment itself was already written enough, because you should not expect too much. But is in the equipment there was everything you need for a short stay.
In the apartment smoking is allowed, would therefore go in with any toddler.
The value for money is quite alright :)
