Our office is located in the same building (level -1). Office working hours:
Mon-Sun - 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
The apartment is located in the center of the Old Town, 1500m walk from the Railway Station and Bus Station,1000m walk from the Main Square, 500m from the nearest tram and bus stop, 1500m walk from Galeria Krakowska (shopping center).
It is possible to park your car in the underground garage next door. The fee is 35 PLN/day. Reservation is required. The building is guarded 24/7. Nearby guarded parking is 50 PLN/day. It is also possible to park in the street 3 PLN / hour and free between 8.00pm and 10.00am and weekends.
We would like to inform you that it is possible to accomodate larger groups of guests in the same location in other apartments named Biskupia.
Reservations that include New Years period (27.12-02.01) are non-refundable.

I loved staying here. It was exactly as seen in the photos. It was a great location as I walked everywhere. I had them pick me up and take me back to the airport which was all easy. I would definitely recommend staying here.
A nice and clean apartment, very close to Old Town. Nice and helpfully hosts. Supermarkets in the neigbourhood. Quiet area.

I recommend this place - spacious and comfy apartment in the stylish house. The owner was very kind and helpful so this was altogether really, really good choice.
We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights.
Pros: Perfect location (Kazimierz is such a great place to stay). Modern and well-equipped apartment. Spacious bathroom. Great shelving and storage throughout the apartment for storing personal items. Well insulated and good heating for a winter stay. Plenty of bath towels and additional duvets. Staff at the letting company were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Small hot water tank (ran out of hot water even during quick showers). No dish towel provided. Loud street noise on the weekend nights (though quiet during the week). Key pick-up is in another location, which is a bit of a nuisance when you arrive in foreign city and have to worry about finding not just one address (the apartment) but two addresses (the key pick-up location AND the apartment) after a long day of travel.
Overall the flat was very good. If I were to travel to Krakow again, I would have no problems staying here a second time.

Reception has hotel character, beneficial: there is always someone during office hours present disadvantage,: not as personal as from a private landlord All in all, good housing, clean and reliable contact ps:. Unfortunately no salt, pepper or other in the kitchen, therefore "only" four stars
sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, große Zimmer, große Küche, netter kleiner Raucherbalkon.
Empfang hat Hotelcharakter, vorteil: es ist immer jemand zu den Bürozeiten anwesend, nachteil: nicht so persönlich wie von einem privaten Vermieter
Alles in allem: gute Wohnung, sauber und verlässliche Ansprechpartner
ps.: leider weder Salz, Pfeffer noch sonstiges in der Küche, deswegen "nur" vier Sterne
