The apartment Boboli has one double bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchen corner and a double sofa bed and a balcony.

The apartment is in Florence, which was the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.
We are located in the characteristic area of Porta Romana, famous for its many artisan shops.
This area is also full of small restaurants. We are close to the magnificent Boboli Gardens which has an entrance at Porta Romana.
Florence city is considered an artistic treasure, because of the legacy that it contains. Florence was a political, economic and cultural power and one of the most important cities in Europe for around 250 years; from some times before 1300 until the early 1500s. Nevertheless, the jewel of Renaissance Italy remains essentially what it was: a busy business center, and the epicenter of the Italian modern art with some unforgettable masterpiece such as Michelangelo’s David or Medici’s Gallery.

A deposit of 150,00 is asked at arrival and it will be returned at departure if there are no damages at the apartment.
There is no daily cleaning but a weekly change of bed linen and towels.
Cleaning is possible on request at the cost of 30,00 euro to pay directly to cleaning lady. It’s also possible to borrow cleaning products at the reception if you like to fresh up the apartment by yourself.
If you come by car please inform us because we are inside the ZTL area but we can make a permit. It’s possible to park at the house (5,00 euro per day) and also to stop right in front of the door to unload the luggage.

Dear Ulrika, we had a wonderul stay at your apartment in Florence. It is positive that even if it is situated very close to the city centre, the place is quiet and very private. As parking is a problem in that part of the city, we were very happy about the parking lot exactly near the house. We will be back!
Appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien situé. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin et Ulrika est une hôtesse accueillante et très serviable. Parking à 5 euros la journée au pied de l'immeuble. A recommander pour un prochain séjour!
Everyhing was perfect, communication concering arrival and destination, also the apartment, clean and practical. The facility was as good as new with a perfect position to visit Firenze. Best redards Andrea and Jürgen
alles prima, optimale Unterkunft für 2-3 Tage Florenz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles hat super geklappt, das Appartement war sehr groß und super ausgestattet, es gab sogar einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. DANKE!
I have nothing to complain about.
Everything worked fine the check in was well organised and the apparment clean and tidy.
The location is very good and the center is within walking distance. The AC is huge plus for this apparment in summer as well as the two bathrooms. The private parking is next to the house and good for people that want to come by car.
I can only recommend this apparment for staying in Florence.
Sehr gut zentral gelegenes Appartement. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ulrika und Antonio waren sehr aufmerksam und haben uns toll empfangen. Wir wurden mit viel Informationsmaterial versorgt. Wir haben die 4 Tage sehr genossen. Danke an Ulrika und Antonio.

Very spacious, clean apartment, balcony with a wonderful view. Very flexible check-in and check-out conditions. The host was very friendly and gave us useful tips about Florence. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
