The apartment is located on a second floor, enjoying the privilege of facing the back garden, which guarantees the calm and quiet ambient that is so needed for a good night rest in the middle of a big capital city.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and living room with a sofa-bed, both of the rooms have separate doors enabling to guarantee some privacy for everybody. There is a spacious closet available for the guests to organize their belongings during their stay. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a little cozy sitting area.
The biggest advantage of the apartment is its possibility to offer to its guests all the highly valued features for comfortable stay, which often cannot be found in older buildings, and therefore can easily be considered as kind of a luxury in Lisbon. The building has an elevator and 24h security person. There is a parking spot available in the underground garage of the building. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, central heating, TV and Internet connection WiFi), washing machine, kitchen with all the necessary equipment.
Bed linen and towels are provided to the guests. We also provide you with all the necessary touristic information, city map and good overview and smart tips about our neighborhood!
Our apartment is located in the Avenidas Novas (New Avenues) neighborhood, the prestigious residential, commercial and business area in the heart of Lisbon. We are close to some cultural treasures, good coffee shops and restaurants and shopping areas.
Our apartment is 15-20 min walk away from Marquês de Pombal, the beginning of the famous boulevard Avenida da Liberdade. The downtown Baixa can be reached by metro or bus in 15 minutes, whereas the closest metro (S. Sebastião and Saldanha) bus and airport bus stops are in 5-10min walking distance. Our apartment can easily be reached by metro, airport bus or car.
The closest supermarket is right behind the corner. You can also walk (approx. 10 minutes) to the ElCorte Inglés department store or to the shopping center of Saldanha. You can go for a breakfast to one of the well-known nearby pastry shops – A Padaria Portuguesa or Pão Doce. Also, why not to visit the Saldanha market „31 de Janeiro“ and get some fresh fruits and seafood for your home-made dinner.
Regarding sightseeing, we are in walking distance from the Gulbenkian Foundation Museum and Garden, Campo Pequeno Bullfight right, the biggest public park of Lisbon, Parque Eduardo VII, and the worth-visiting traditional pastry shop Pastelaria Versailles.

The appartment is very nice and lovely and also really well located, near some markets and the underground, in addition the garage is also a plus value because is not easy to park in Lisbon.
We enjoyed very very much our stay in the appartment ... we have felt in love with Lisbon!
